Flourless Brownie Cookies


I made these little chocolate bombs for Yammie's Glutenfreedom, but they're so easy and good, I thought you should know about them too. You already have all the ingredients anyway.

  1. I made this just now and my cookies turned out extremely flat :( As flat as paper and super thin. I followed the recipe exactly, but the only thing that might have caused it was that I didn't put the cookies in the oven right away. The batter sat outside for awhile before I popped them in the oven. Could that be it?

    Even though they were paper thin, they tasted amazing!
